A year ago today, I started building a simple mark up syntax, but it got lost with other projects to time. I recently rediscovered it and today, I've used it to generate this site.
The mark up is a mashup of markdown and gemtext. It tries to simplify markdown without being too sparse like gemtext. Generally, if it reads well in a plain text editor it's a canidate. It would probally be better to just use an existing standard but that would be no fun! 😁
The markup is a living standard, so I make no guarantees on it's stability. The reason this post exists it to test the site generator and get more content up on the site. That's it for now. Enjoy!
